CRS One Day: It’s a Price War to the Door  This course will  give the student new, relevant and unique dialogues and strategies for reading the market, viewing today’s homes through the buyer’s eyes and a new twist on market absorption rates that helps move sellers out of denial and into reality.  Learn a whole new strategy for CMA’s that will save time and make more sense to sellers.  This new system of pricing works from Hawaii to Maine, in Canada and in all price ranges.  Agents say that they get properties repositioned immediately after class and that they get better priced listings that sell quicker.  The market has changed and we must change with it.

CRS One Day: Negotiations: The Games People Play   The overall objective of this course is to learn to implement collaborative vs. adversarial negotiations and to practice skilled counseling, conflict intervention and conflict resolution for the benefit of real estate customers & clients.

    WOW!!! doesn’t even come close to the experience of the Akron OH CRS class 12/11 and 12. This was by far, the BEST class i have ever attended. i cannot thank you enough COACH JACKIE for the invaluable information, the energy and the positivity.
