The expiration date that appears is simply a “nudge” to do the download upon receipt. If for some reason the link expires before you have a chance to download your file(s) contact annette@coachjackie.com and a new link will be sent.
2. Click “VIEW FILES” this will take you to the Opentext (formerly Hightail) website we use to transfer large files (image 1A, 1B)
3. Click “DOWNLOAD ALL” a pop up box will appear allowing you to choose where you would like to save the file. We recommend saving it to your desktop to easily find. (image 2A, 2B, 2C)
4. One or two .zip files will be created (image 3A, 3B)
5. When you double click on the .zip folder(s) and a new folder(s) will be created (image 4A, 4B)
6. Open this folder(s) and you will find all of documents you purchased, Pricing/Listing Homes and or Business Planning/Tracking forms. Now you can begin customizing each form, making it your own. (image 5A, 5B)
Please note that there are excel spreadsheets (in both Pricing & Business Planning forms) with multiple worksheets within. You will see the worksheet tabs at bottom of each spreadsheet. (image 6)
